They are in very good broken in vintage condition. They appear to have been altered in the length.  See pics.

They measure out to be a men's size 42" x 28"

Actual measurements are :

Waist across the back approx 21"

Across the hip area approx 25"  

Crotch seam to top of waistband approx 14"

Inseam approx 28"
