Classic Victorian-inspired styles are incorporated in this vintage oval brooch. Two different colors of purple cabochons are surrounded by an antiqued gold tone metal open work design with tiny purple faceted rhinestones as accents. Overall it is 2 inches long by 1 and 1/2 inches wide, at the largest points. Because of the three-dimensional nature, there is a rise of 1/2 inch from the base.

As can be seen in the photos, the back has a secure rolling c type clasp.

It is not stamped or signed in any way and may have come only with a paper hang tag that has been lost over time. It is a well made and well cared for piece of jewelry that you will be happy to own, despite the fact it is not signed with any designer logo.

There are no issues to report or signs of age on this piece. It is in Excellent Vintage Condition.

The clasp is in good working order, the center stones and tiny rhinestones are intact, secure and shiny and the metal does not have any tarnished areas.
