This adorable dress has a large eye catching floral design. Some of the tag is frayed however it is definitely a Pat Perkins. Below the name it is supposed to say A Dress to Treasure. The tag that says the size and fabric is faded. It feels like a cotton polyester blend. There is very slight stretch of about a half inch. It is in very nice condition other than a couple of spots near the very center of image 2. The inside edges of the dress a slightly frayed. This does not affect the outside layer at all. So cute!!
