Once upon a time I found a possum skeleton in the woods of Lake George. I kept it and cleaned and have gradually broken it apart to create beautiful new things. I paired this broken vertebrae with an old necklace from the 1980’s. The shrine on the pendant is garnet - the birthstone for anyone born in January. The necklace was made with love by me in my tiny shop in Brooklyn.

The snake chain has a spring ring clasp. The pendant is sterling silver. The chain is 18” long.
