There is no size tag but based on actual measurements I believe it to be a women's or Juniors size large or xlarge.  Please go off actual measurements to ensure an accurate fit.

It is in very good vintage condition showing only normal signs of wear and a few small moth bites.  The inside button has come loose but it is still attached.

Shoulder seam to shoulder seam approx 14. 5" 

Across the waist area approx 22"

Across the hip area approx 25"

Sleeve length from shoulder seam to cuff approx 25"

Length down the back approx 47"
