Retro 90's over-sized secretary blouse with multi patterned print. High neck with covered buttons in back. Lovely sheer material with rainbow lurex thread throughout. There are shoulder pads, but they are "soft" - not power shoulder. I think these are 3/4 sleeves. Tag is dingy.
