This darling summer jumper dress is most likely hand sewn. I can' see any evidence of tags. The material is a cotton or cotton poly. It is soft and lightweight. The dress is in excellent condition and the fabric is in really good shape. It buttons up the front with cute buttons. You can tie the waist or leave it untied for a looser fit.

The white shirt does not come with the dress. This is perfect for a summer picnic, a casual day in the park, or a walk with a friend!

Because of the style, it seems like it would fit a small or medium. The belt is long and goes around a few times.

Hips are 27" across because the skirt is full
