Light blue wool top by Betty Hanson & Co. It features an open front with a collar that ties on the bottom. Looks great tied or left untied. The size is unmarked, but would fit a small-medium. This piece would look great worn by itself or overtop a tank, bralette, or dress with jeans, pants, or a skirt. Excellent condition.
