Fancy dance costume tutu leotard in blue and black glitter polkadots and sequins. The top is a sheer stretchy mesh material which snaps at the back neck. There is attached leotard bottoms under the skirt. Fabric is stretchy polyester/spandex/nylon. Label is Weissman, size SA (small adult). Estimated fits true to size.
