Brillant Blue Beaded Dress with Fringe, Stenay, Holiday Party New Years Eve

Condition note: Some disoloration along the beading througout. The irridescent bead coating may have caused this. I don't think it's very noticable with all the sparkle of the dress, but please look at the pictures closely.
