A signed Liz Palacios crystal and brass necklace. The bar chain is faced with five flower style settings of clear stoness surrounding a blue crystal. They're spaced with a single blue crystal. Four blue crystals are on either side of the face settings. It closes with a spring ring and can be adjusted to smaller than the 16" length. Excellent condition. Catalog # 6998
