The blouse has an abstract teal, blue, lavender and beige overall print. Solid lavender is the color of the pants. Both pieces are labeled as Size Medium. Made in the USA with an easy-care polyester fabric, this set is figure friendly and versatile. Either piece can be worn with other separates in your wardrobe.

As mentioned, the pattern and color choices are typically Ruth Norman designer delightful, especially for those who tend toward pastel shades.

For the top there are small inside shoulder pads that could easily be removed if you prefer a more natural shoulder line.

Her choice of buttons here is typical of her work. Six faceted pastel lavender 7/8 inch round buttons line the front. These are lovely by themselves, chosen to add a special accent to the blouse.

In Excellent Vintage condition, this set will be one you love immediately and reach for often. Both pieces are easy to wear. The pants are pull on. The top has buttons that can be left open front style.

For those who have not heard of this designer, Ruth Norman was known for her exotic yet feminine designs, which were produced during the 1970's and early 1980's. Her garments were sold in the very high-end department stores, such as Neiman Marcus.
