The label inside identifies this as "Roth LeCover A Skinner ULTRASUEDE brand fabric, Size 6, Machine Washable, 4C 01843 452" and the Union ILGWU label is red, white and blue that shows this was Made in the USA.

Roth LeCover used a brilliant rich blue shade of Ultra Suede, which was the miracle fabric of the 1970's. It was praised by many high-end designers who made it into everything from hats to handbags to clothing.
