Be the first to wear this stunning vintage St. John Knit Evening blazer which still has the original bag of replacement beads and button attached plus a notice from St. John about how to return the jacket for repairs if any of the paillettes are ever lost from the garment. In addition to the fabulous design which includes amazing cutout and paillette details at the waistline the paillettes and small clear crystals in the santana knit fabric and buttons will reflect the light and dazzle beautifully.

It is marked as size 4 however please use the measurements below to determine your best fit. These were taken while the blazer is NOT stretched:

Shoulder to shoulder is 16 inches
Sleeve length is 24 inches with the under arm length at 17 and 1/2 inches
Armhole opening is 20 inches
Bust is 37 inches
Waist is 33 inches
Full length is 26 and 1/2 inches

There is a V-neckline and six black and clear rhinestone buttons along the front. The details of the paillettes and trim continue from front to back and the blazer is unlined.

As with most vintage SJK pieces there are internal shoulder pads in the jacket which could be removed if you prefer a more natural look.

It is in Pristine Mint Condition As New just as fabulous as when it was first sold. The only time it has been worn is by the model for this listing.

The label inside shows "St. John Evening by Marie Gray Size 4 Made in USA Dry Clean Only".

For this set the fabric is 80% wool and 20% rayon with paillettes and crystal beads. In one picture I put my hand under the cutout rows so you can see that whatever you wear under this blazer will show through at the waist and at the wrist.

This blazer is the famous santana knit which has a built-in stretch and comfort with the added quality of resisting wrinkles and bagging.
