Body is a cloche style in a black polypropylene. Front upturned brim with another higher up on the crown, both embellished with black plastic teardrop beading. Edges are trimmed with black cording. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon.

Label is Deborah.

Excellent condition with only some glue showing on the front left side edge.

Inner circumference is 22 inches.
