Black Soft Velvet Coat with Belt and Buckles 1990s.

Soft velvet outer, likely a cotton velvet. Nylon lining. Solid black. Buttons from neck to about hip area. Button at neck allows for standing collar. Most buttons hidden behind placard. Long sleeves with buckles at cuffs - buckles can be adjusted. Original tie belt included. Darts around waist form a more fitted look. Excellent condition except for some fading to the lining inside the sleeves, on seam tears in the lining and a frayed area at the hem of the lining. Outer shell in perfect condition.

No size tag, likely fits like a size L/XL.
