Neiman Marcus dressy dress ballet style with gathered cold shoulder top, dropped waist and big full netted skirt. It's all black with little silver flowers (?) all over. The bust is small, so please see measurements. It is lined and double layered with a net like material to give it that fullness. It side zips. Great prom dress, sweet 16, quinceanera, wedding attire and more. It's in excellent condition.
