One of those dresses that just has a more modern feel, the simple small pattern would have been uncommon for a whole dress then and black with the spring flowers- really this is just one of those specific to the person who made it or had it made dresses. Maybe even a bridesmaid dress? That'd be pretty striking not gonna lie. Nice piping around the sleeve ruffle and the blemish shown was sewn like that and is not damage. This seems to be worn very few times if ever and is a very high quality homemade or custom item.
