This dress is reminiscent of a flapper dress from the 1920’s. I believe it’s not that era due to the side zipper. The dress features a v-neck; sleeveless; two drop waist accent belts; box pleats on the skirt; the material appears to be taffeta. There is a tiny fray on the left shoulder - please see pictures. Other than that flaw, it’s a beautiful dress with timeless elegance.
