This cotton print 1950s dress features a design of tiny trees (or topiaries) in blue, grey, and white, on a black background. White rickrack trim along the button-front opening, round neckline, and cap sleeves matches the white plastic buttons. The moderately full skirt is gathered at the waist seam, and has 2 large patch pockets. A self-fabric belt cinches the wait. The lightweight cotton fabric is unlined. This cute 1950s day dress came to us with a lot of other deadstock 1950s dresses; although it appears unworn, or barely worn, we have laundered it for freshness. It is in excellent condition. The only possible issue to note is that the rickrack trim is slightly less bright white in color, compared to the buttons, but this may have always been the case.
