Vintage 1970s Neiman Marcus Ruffled Sheer Chiffon Cocktail Dress. Timeless little black dress women's size MEDIUM. Romantic handkerchief hem, can go from dinner to formal. Sheer poet / leg of mutton long sleeves, mild shoulder pads, low cut, cross over, ruffled collar top, airy, nipped elastic waist, full circle three (3) layer tiered skirt, hits above & below the knee at various points of the jagged hem. Fully lined, but for the sleeves, this gorgeous dress goes from cocktails to formal with ease. Wonderful quality polyester feels and moves like silk. Excellent vintage condition. Missing belt.
