1980's black and white polka dot dress is a really unique piece. Offered by Jessica McClintock under the Gunne Sax label this documented dress is a perfect example of 1980's evening glamour. A strapless silhouette of white polka dots on black is contrasted by a wide cummerbund style gathered fabric belt of black polka dots on a white background. It wraps around into a giant back accent bow. The skirt below is an example of a bubble skirt of smaller polka dots that is attached to the large train. A classic mullet hem situation. The fitted underskirt is the same size polka dot as the bodice. The contrasts and print mixing within the same print on this dress make a huge statement. Size 78
