High red ringer mock neck with black and white swirly pattern on the top. Bottom skirt has swirly pattern with a dress look and then black split skirt over top (all sewn together.) Back zip with hook and loop. Matching cord belt. Belt is tacked in place and has a snap to hold end of belt in place.
