It is geared toward a young reader and part of the Little Nature Library and published in 1917. With beautiful color plates it's a treasure for any bird lover young or old. This looks to be one of the earliest editions and hard to find.

In good antique condition with some signs of wear and age. Most notably a tear to the opening book plate (please see photo) and a dark mark on the front edge paper and some loosens to the spine..
