such a fun piece! the print is different on each pocket and each lapel, etc. there are shoulder pads, a bit of bedazzlement, and it can be double breasted. the fabric is a cotton with a texture and body. great to wear with shorts, jeans or leggings. condition: a small smudge (hard to see) is pictured. otherwise great. tag says Med 14-16
