The bill of the hat seems to be made out of cardboard and lined with white plastic. This hat is in one piece, but has a few stains and aging especially on the bill. The price was set to reflect the age, but I just could not throw this away. Who doesn't know Bert's Surf Shop?! It is a legit piece of the East Coast Surf Shop scene.
