Really a great little handbag by Bellestone, a high end mid century purse maker who sold exclusively through Saks Fifth Avenue and Bonwit Teller. They used high end skins and were known for a high-gloss finishes and tailored leather interiors. This one also includes a brushed gold bar for the clasp and the original mirror is included.

This one is a died lizard skin exterior with a beige leather interior. In excellent condition with some light signs of wear. The leather interior is also in excellent shape, clean with minimal marks, no cracks or tears. The only real signs of use are on the the brass clasp which works fine but does show some signs of wear. A really a lovely bag.
