Vintage early 1940s dress, blue lace with rhinestones sprinkled throughout the bodice and lower skirt. Scoop neck, ruched short sleeves, with a coordinating belt. Completely sheer, the color is both royal blue and a lighter dep ocean blue. Seamed waist and a side metal zipper. Presents beautifully with a break or two in the lace on the belt. Two small breaks in the lace were repaired.
