Here is a sporty short sleeve dress by Sauci. 50/50 poly and cotton blend, and made in the USA. Purplish blue fabric with accents in tan and white. Vee neck. It feels like a super comfy medium weight vintage T shirt. It's in amazing shape with tons of life left! The tag says Large, but here are the exact measurements.
