Beautiful Vintage 40s Black Chiffon Dress ~ This dress is beautiful. It has a round neckline, short capped sleeves, a same fabric decorative embellishment at the side of the waist, a pleated A line skirt, a metal zipper on the side, and is lined in satin. Dress is priced low because while this is a beauty it does have some flaws; a few small holes, light colored markings, and an opening along the side seam where the thread broke. I have not attempted to clean or repair at all, and have decided to just reflect that in the price.
