Made in India for Stenay, this 1980's black and white Deco-inspired fully beaded silk blouse or blazer is meant for glamorous occasions. There is a wonderful design done with faux white pearls, tiny white seed beads, tiny silver seed beads, Mother of Pearl sequins and black bugle beads. A series of hidden hooks and eyes completely lines the front giving you the option to wear this closed up as a blouse or open front as a blazer.

The size label shows a size Small, however please use the measurements below to determine if this will fit you. With beaded garments like this, there is no available stretch.

It is made of 100% silk for the exterior and 100% polyester for the lining.

Showing its 1980's design heritage, there are shoulder pads. Those are on the lining and can easily be removed if you prefer a more natural shoulder line.
