No materials tag, this is a velvety material, lined just at the very top to underarms. Zips down back
Approx modern size M/L : See measurements: 40" or less bust (20" side to side across bust), 37" waist, 42" hip, 41" long - model is 5'7".
Flaws: The hem is a heavier braided material, something like hem tape but I do not think it is hem tape. I don't see any stitch marks to indicate it was hemmed higher at any point. Also there is a faint faded spot by the neckline.
