A baby or toddler's wool winter hat from the 40's/50's. The navy hat with red rings features a long tassel with pompom, ear flaps and ties under the chin. The label reads, "Original Fast-Cap manufactured for Almont Knitting Co." It measures 18" in head circumference, 9" from the top to the end of the ear flap, and 6" from the top to the front forehead edge. Hand or gentle machine wash.
