Curled brim statement hat. Body is a pale blue straw with a high indented crown and low curled brim. Hatband is a darker blue satin. Attached to the front, slightly to the left is a large swirl bow that runs down under the brim and is attached with a small silver button.

Interior is finished with a blue grosgrain ribbon.

Crown rises 3 1/2 inches, brim is 4 inches. Inner circumference is 22 1/2 inches.

Excellent condition with only a small amount of makeup stain on the interior ribbon

Label has been removed.
