Exquisite Art Nouveau fine English sterling silver filigree overlay glass liqueur decanter. This tall, elegant piece of history has a unique shaped body where the three sides pinch in making it easy to hold and pour. The stopper is glass with silver overlay and the body has ultra Art Nouveau wrapping silver vines and flowers throughout which surround etched floral motifs on the three sides. The craftsmanship is outstanding, stylistically transitional incorporating both the curvilinear and geometric! The top of the stopper has the original makers mark "FIC". It is in great antique condition with minor fogging to the glass. Perfect addition to your decor / bar - ready to serve Sherry or your drink of choice at your next cocktail party!
