Victorian era D Peres Solingen household scissors. They still cut just fine, though I'm sure a sharpening would not go amiss. Stamped on the side with D Peres Solingen ( a German company founded in the 1700s). On the other side is the companies barrel stamp. Cast iron perhaps? Or steel?

Measures 6" long.

Excellent vintage condition. Some of the silver color has darkened in areas but this only adds to its timeless charm.
