Authentic vintage 1800s VELVET AND EXOTIC FEATHER bonnet hat that is 2DIE4. In GREAT shape for its age, this estate piece would make an absolutely amazing display. (Could be carefully worn, too).....FABULOUS~ In bird feathers on velvet and felt base, the feathers are still pretty well intact. Velvet ribbon is in shades of blue and black & a bit of yellow grosgrain ribbon. From the seemingly pricey millinery L. McHATTIE of New York, the lining inside is tearing on one side - an easy fix though I would leave it as-is myself.....9" x 7" plus 24" long ribbons, this was meant to sit on top of any sized woman's head..
