ETHEREAL EDWARDIAN LAWN Party Dress
Early 1900's

This Edwardian Lawn Party Dress is to Die For! It is Crisp White Cotton. The Top Portion is a V Neck with Pintucking. The Waist is Covered in Lace as are the 3/4 Sleeves. The Skirt is Fully Lined. The Back Closes with Hook and Eye Closures. There Skirt is done in Gorgeous Cutout Work with a Scalloped Hem. It is just a little longer in the back than the front.

This was obviously worn with a corset at one time since the area from the waist through the hips is narrow and the bust area is comparatively larger. The back is shown pinned. It would best fit a Size 0, but could be worn by a Size 2 with adjustments to the hook and eye areas by putting them on the edges. It is shown pinned on a Size 2 mannequin. The flowers are for photography purposes.
