This is a lovely hand painted painted. It has a hallmark on the back of two swords, but I was never able to figure out who made it. This plate is all hand painted with bright colors. It measures 7. 5" wide. It has some rubbed spots on the paint as pictured. Otherwise no cracks or chips..
