This cameo feels really unique; often cameos are associate with the romance and softness of the Victorian era, but here that silhouette is juxtaposed by the bold, geometric gold border, with classic Art Deco details. This piece was carved by hand in the 1920s from hardstone. It features a lady's profile, combining the classic "Gibson Girl" hairstyle with the incoming 1920s flapper girl bob. It measures 1 1/8" with the bale. Please note that the chain is not included, but it can be worn on most chains you have— please contact me if you are interested in purchasing a chain.
