Circa 30's HERBERT LEVY Dress

This is a Beautiful Antique 1930's Herbert Levy Dress. The Neckline is a Modest V Neck with a Bow and a Brooch Attachment. The Waist is belted with a Matching Belt. The Sleeves are 3/4 length and have Seams so they will have the Fitted Look (see the 4th photograph). There is a Short Neck Metal Zipper and a Side Zipper also metal. The Hem is Really a WOW! There are Three Sets of Pleats on Each Side of the Front and Back.
