All pieces in the set are made from fine white colored porcelain china and have exquisite hand painted dragon scenes and geometric shapes which represent clouds, wind, and sun...all accented by metallic gold detailing at the rims and bases. The undersides are signed by the artists. And the sides of the tea cups have small sayings on them in Chinese that translate roughly to "longevity and health". Excellent condition with only minor wear to the gold in some areas. A fabulous set for collectors or for dining and serving a variety of foods and beverages.
