Amazing 1900s - 1910s Edwardian skirt slip, made of a thin rayon or acetate fabric. From Germany. SIZE XS to Small, waist to 25 inches (64 cm). Was probably worn over a tight corset. Reinforced with horizontal bands of stiff fabric. Fastens with 2 small buttons at back center of waist. In good condition considering its age - I had to soak this to get the age stains out, as it was stored away for decades. Still has a few small marks. Still wrinkled even though I ironed it, I was afraid to turn the iron up too high.
