Here is a smart little short sleeve dress by Tabby of California. Striking red with five ornamental red and white buttons down the front of the dress section, and three at the left shoulder. Smallish shoulder pads included. One red button at the top of the back. The fabric is fairly sheer, and feels like mostly or all polyester.
