Made in Korea, in vivid jewel tone color silk, this 1980's Adrianna Papell fitted blouse or jacket helps you make a spectacular statement. A faux collar decorates the yoke in an ornate design with purple, pink, teal, green, bronze and gold filigree patterns. Those same colors are used for the elaborate medallion design in the center of the front and the sleeve cuffs. Five purple enamel and gold tone metal edge buttons close up the front, along with one hidden snap.

These sleeves are full length and the jacket / blouse has a feminine fitted shape, with a slash neckline. Bright pink acetate is used to line the body of the blouse.

Because this is from the 1980's there are internal shoulder pads. They are lightly attached so it would be easy to remove them for a more natural shoulder line.

As with most Adrianna Papell fabrics, there is a subtle pattern-on-pattern design is in the silk, which is visible in the close up photos. This time it is a pretty floral design that adds depth to the appearance of this patterned silk.
