Adorable vintage life buoy shaped novelty brooch!

The brooch has a wooden ring center with rope that goes around the edges and blue plastic tape that holds it all together, possibly hand made but either way is just super cute!

It is in good vintage condition overall, the pin back is slightly bent but it does work very well!

It measures 2. 25” x 2. 25”.
