Lidded sauce tureen is a footed octagonal form with paneled cover of "pagoda roof" form. It Measures 7. 25" tall. Lid measures 8. 25" across at widest point. Bowl measures 5. 5" across. The piece has been painted with alternating panels of flowers and patterns on white ground in black, rust and gold color. The base and the interior of the lid is marked in iron-red transfer print "Chrysanthemum Abbeydale Duffield Derbyshire Bone China Made in England".
