A beautifully detailed Victorian bodice, era 1880's of silk satin, chantilly lace, guipure lace applique, and silk chiffon. The inner bodice is constructed with boning, hooks and eyes, and a waistband with provenance, "Langford, Portchester N.Y.". False front also has hooks and eyes and is a fine example of the pidgeon-breasted fashion of the time.
