1990’s bias cut high/low tie waist dress by Rampage. Made from a light cream crinkle polyester fabric with a pale yellow buttercup floral print. V-neck wrap style bodice, trimmed in dainty yellow lace. Empire waist ties in the back with yellow satin ribbon. Dress is cut on the bias and is shorter in front and has a scalloped flouncy hemline. Adorable split capped ruffle sleeves with yellow satin ribbon bows. Lined in a cream stretch poly fabric. Excellent vintage condition. Marked a size 3
