No label in this near mint condition piece. Could be home made, but I think not. Fabric is very soft and shear sleeves feel like a crepe silk or acetate. Beautiful large buttons grace wide sleeves. This was photographed while pinned to show how flattering it will look, when on. ( I only have a half shell mannikin). I think this is a dance costume, but could be worn under a skirt or pants, if you wanted to Cosplay, etc. It would mean opening up the crotch and adding Velcro or strong snaps for easy bathroom access. Plastic zipper up the center of the back. Not sure why the bust darts are so low. Slight wear mark in front at waist....very subtle...just looks a tad bit darker, but still shiny. ...Go by measurements. bust: 38
